Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please log in to your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current subscription period.

Refunds

For subscription fees that have been paid in advance, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription period. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@wordtangles.com within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraudulent or abusive behavior.
