Terms of service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Wordtangles website (the "Site") and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Wordtangles ("Wordtangles", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time and will post the changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Use of the Service

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

Registration and Subscription

Access to certain areas of the Service may require registration and payment of a subscription fee. If you choose to register and/or subscribe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to update this information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Word Tangles of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Payment and Renewal

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change subscription fees and billing methods at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to subscription fees or billing methods before they take effect.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Word Tangles or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the content, the Service, or any related software without the prior written consent of Word Tangles or its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Word Tangles does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wordtangles, its directors, officers, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, even if Wordtangles has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wordtangles' liability to you or any third party for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wordtangles, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your breach of this Agreement.

Termination

Word Tangles may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Wordtangles believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service and any content obtained through the Service.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Assam (India), without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Guwahati and Assam, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wordtangles and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Waiver

The failure of Word Tangles to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
